About Michael

My mission is to help you realize your greatest potential using your own unique talents- in a progressive, supportive, and encouraging environment.

My name is Michael and I have a passion for fitness and health. I began training for myself at 14 years of age and have since never really stopped learning and growing in this pursuit. Now, as I approach 40 I feel fortunate to have gained the knowledge and experience to help others turn their desire to be fit into a permanent reality.

Through my formal education in Nutrition and Kinesiology and years of experience training and competing myself, I know I can truly help get my clients to where they want to be. I’ve been around long enough to know that there are no “quick fixes” or “super programs” to jump on and get fit overnight. This means being honest with where you are at, starting slow, and having me guide you through all of the “noise” so you can become your greatest version.

In his spare time when he’s not reading, training, foraging for and preparing food, experimenting with training and coaching my clients or playing with his children, Michael likes to spend time with my family being active, hiking, biking, walking, swimming, camping and eating.

Exclusive online training for select individuals.
You don’t have to be local and live in Kelowna to get the results I can provide. With my online programs, I create the plan, you do the work, and I support you “virtually” along the way through regularly scheduled appointments. This program is for non-local and motivated people who want results, but need a plan they can execute.
